HOW TO ORDER:

 

  • We aim to make ordering from our online store as easy as possible. 

 

  • First navigate to the product you would like to purchase. Please take time to read product information to ensure you are ordering the correct product for your needs. Once you made a decision, chose quantity and variation if complied and click ADD TO CART. You can repeat the above until you are ready to check out. 

 

  • At check out, you will be asked to put in your name, contact details and address and click CONTINUE. 

 

  • Next, Shipping and tax will be calculated base on the delivery address and product weight. For more information on shopping cost please see DELIVERY. After you chose your shipping method, click CONTINUE. 

 

  • You will be able to choose how you want to pay. Simply follow the instruction to complete your order. For more information on shopping cost please see PAYMENT METHOD

 

  • An order confirmation email will then be sent to your email with details of your orders. If you change your mind and would like to cancel the order, please visit RETURN AND CANCELATION  for more details. 

 

 

PAYMENT METHOD:

 

We accept direct bank transfer and Paypal where major credit and debit cards are accepted. 

 

  • When checking out with Paypal, you can either login with your Paypal account to complete the transition, or simply enter your card details following by the instruction if you do not hold an account with Paypal. 

 

  • When checking out choosing direct bank transfer, please note your order is only confirmed after the payment has reach our account. For UK banks, the transaction is completed usually instantly or by the end of next working day. For international transaction this may take a few days. 

 

Amplified Rocked LTD reserved the right to cancel any unpaid orders after 14 days of being placed.

Bespoke and Made to Order products

 

These products are stated in product information as “Bespoke” or “Made to Order”. These products will usually be shipped within 5-14 business days from payment. Please note bespoke products may require more time to clarify the details of the design, order materials, create a design and handcraft the item, therefore may require longer processing time. Bespoke and Made to Order products are not refundable. More information: RETURN AND CANCELATION 

 

 

Standard Products 

 

These products are stated in product information as “Ready for Shipping”. These products will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days from the date of payment. These products can be returned within 14 days of receipt except earphones, in-ear monitors and items that are classed as single use. RETURN AND CANCELATION 

 

Bespoke and Made to Order Products

 

  •  Bespoke and Made to Order Products refers to any goods that are made to order or personalised to your specifications. Orders for bespoke products cannot be cancelled or amended after production has started on them.

    

  • We cannot take responsibility for customer generated mistakes, (errors or defects including spelling, typographical or grammar errors; order quantity, or other ordering errors.)  To avoid this happening, we advise customers to review your order carefully before proceeding to payment, and get in touch as soon as possible if you found any errors in your order confirmation. 

 

  •  Bespoke products may not be refunded unless it is faulty or not as described. Faulty goods will be replaced free of charge. Any problems with any part of a bespoke order must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. 

 

Standard Products (Not Bespoke, Not Made to Order)

 

  • You can cancel anytime from placing your order up to the end of a period 30 days after you take possession of the products. Right to cancel does not apply to earphones, in-ear monitors and items that are classed as single use. We do not accept returns related to any earphone and related products.

 

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, with undamaged packaging and unused for a full refund. If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way. We are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the goods as a result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you. 

 

  • For orders shipped to an UK address, only standard delivery charge will be refund. For orders shipped elsewhere, delivery charge will not be refunded.  You will be liable for the cost of shipping when returning the product. 

 

  • After 30 days, unwanted goods will only be accepted at Amplified Rocked LTD’s discretion and will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

 

 

Please e-mail sales@amplifiedco.com who will contact you in regards to the fault or cancelation and how to return the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights

 

 

DELIVERY

 

We ship to all UK, EU and EEA countries, plus another 28 countries globally. Our delivery are charged by weight and are automatically calculated at check out after you provide your shipping address. If your address is not covered by our shipping regions, then delivery will not be charged at check out. Instead, our sales staff will manually calculate the shipping charge and get in touch with you to complete your order.

 

We aim to provide shipping with competitive prices, be fair to international customers as much as we could, and be as transparent as possible. Below is a break down of our shipping charges:

WARRANTY

 

Amplified Rocked LTD warrants all our new products against workmanship defects and non-accidental hardware failures for 6 months from the day you take procession of the products. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, accident damage or any problem caused by mishandling the products. Personal products sent in for customisation by Amplified Rocked LTD is warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship only for 30 days from shipping date. Please note customisation process will usually void any outstanding warranties you may have with the manufacturer. 

 

For the initial 30 days period:

If you discovers a defect in the workmanship or operational fault of any standard products (not bespoke or made to order) within the first 7 days after you took procession of the product, you are entitled to an exchange or a refund,  provided that the product is returned to Amplified Rocked LTD service department within 30 days in its original condition, with undamaged packaging and unused. After 30 days, unwanted goods will only be accepted at Amplified Rocked LTD’s discretion and will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Bespoke or made to order products, are not refundable unless it is faulty, and will be replaced for free provided that you reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Personal product that sent in for customisation, Amplified Rocked LTD will repair or replace the products if the defect is found to be at fault of Amplified Rocked LTD, and reported within the initial 30 days period.  This does not cover wear and tear, accident damage or any problem caused by mishandling the products. For up to 6 months period: 

If you discovers any defect in the workmanship or operational fault of any products after the initial 30 days period within 6 months from the date you take procession of the products, Amplified Rocked LTD is happy to repair the products for free. If repair is not possible, we will give you a replacement. This does not cover wear and tear, accident damage or any problem caused by mishandling the products. For example for crystallised microphone, if one or a few crystals came off at the contacting area of other parts of the microphone, your hand or microphone clip, this is classified as wear and tear as the vibration and pressure may result in a few crystals coming lose from the surface; while if a large area of crystals came out provided that you follow the care instruction and didn’t drop it on hard surface, then it is mostly likely a workmanship defect and you will get a free repair. In case of gold plated products, workmanship defect is usually classified if the metal chipped away from the body; while discolouring is mostly due to the gold layer being wore off as a result of wear and tear. If you found any defect at this stage, please get in touch with us to arrange a free repair or replacement. Please note UK customers must pay for sending the products to our studio, delivery of the repaired or replaced product is free of charge. After the 6 months period: 

Amplified Rocked LTD will continue to offer support and repair service for any products purchased for up to 6 years if defect of workmanship or operational fault is found. This does not cover wear and tear, accident damage or any problem caused by mishandling the products. We will access the defect and advice you the best repair options available. We will provide free repair service to our best ability, however Amplified Rocked LTD may charge for the cost of materials or parts. If you found any defect at this stage, please get in touch with us to arrange a repair or replacement. Please note UK customers must pay for sending the products to our studio, delivery of the repaired or replaced product is free of charge.
